You can subscribe as a passenger to this site and meet a pilot with whom you can make a flying trip.In case of a match a small fee of EUR 7,50 applies. The match fee of EUR 7,50 can be paid after a notice by email stating that a suitable match is available. After receipt of this amount you will receive the personal data of the pilot. Paying the match fee can be done on the site via PayPal. PayPal also accepts major creditcards.
The pilots are licensed private – or commercial pilots who really want to accumulate flying hours in order to maintain their licence valid and/or get a chance for a flying job. In this way there are several advantages:

• you are making an unforgettable trip above your own environment
• or you can choose a destination (e.g. small airfield) not often visited by you,
• you are flexible concerning time and place
• and you are supporting a pilot who can make flying hours in this way

In most occasions flights will be conducted in single engine aircraft, for instance Cessna or Piper.
Cessna has wings mounted above the fuselage in order not to have an obstructed view if you are looking to the earth.
Piper has wings mounted beneath the fuselage.

In case of general aviation aircraft the issue of weight limitation quickly comes up. The maximum take-off weight is approximately 1000 à 1100 kilo (2300 lbs). The aircraft has an empty weight of approximately 650 kilo. App. 400 à 450 kilo rest for fuel and occupants. These aeroplanes can transport four occupants. So, the pilot can bring three passengers. This means that the pilot has to ask for your weight before flight. If there are for instance three passengers of 100 kilo each, it is clear that flight cannot be conducted in this composition.
